Welcome to Mingle Guru, the service for adults to meet each other online.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use this web site.

Age

You must be eighteen or over to sign up as a member of the Mingle Guru

Cost

You may become a member of the service at no cost. As a member you will have the ability to use all of the features and services available within Mingle Guru. We may charge for the service at a later date but will give reasonable advance notice before reducing the features of the free service.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt of a notice message sent from your account to support.

Mingle Guru may deactivate the accounts of members who have not used the service for a period of six months or more, as calculated by the date of last activity.

The web site is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours.

Mingle Guru reserves the right to terminate your account if offensive content is posted on the web site including but not restricted to:

1. Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

2. Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.

Misuse

Mingle Guru reserves the right to investigate and terminate your account if you have misused the service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate or whose conduct is unlawful or illegal.

You shall not include in your member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that you designate during the sign up process with Mingle Guru, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.

You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.

Availability

While Mingle Guru endeavours to ensure that the web site is normally available 24 hours a day, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Access to the web site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
